Art-therapy
Art therapy is a method of psychological support where art acts as a medium for therapy and inner transformation. This approach helps clients easily cope with psychological problems, improve emotional well-being, and understand themselves and others.

I am skilled in the following art-therapeuthic techniques:
  • Classical Art Therapy
  • Fairytale Therapy
  • Sandplay
  • Photo Therapy
  • Cinematherapy
In my art therapy sessions, I utilize a variety of art materials including but not limited to watercolor, gouache, craft paper, colored pencils, ink, markers, fabric, natural materials, and photos, depending on the client's needs.

I am proficient in Sumi-e and Suminagashi ink painting techniques, which I have learned through self-study and workshops with Japanese artists. I have also organized several Sumi-e exhibitions in St. Petersburg and Paris.

Currently, I am studying Ikebana flower arrangement art of the Sogetsu school in order to incorporate it in my art- therapeutic techniques. I have completed a fine arts program and have spent three years studying at the avant-garde painting at school "4th Floor" in St. Petersburg where I learnt the use of various art materials, as well as work with persons with disabilities.
