"A reflection on coping-strategies while experiencing fears by methods of cinema and drawing therapy"


For my diploma project, I created art therapy sessions for students that utilized Japanese calligraphy, visualization, and cinema therapy with films by Hayao Miyazaki. The sessions were evaluated through a survey experiment which demonstrated a reduction in students' stress and anxiety levels.
